For custom safebox configurations, a production lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks applies before dispatch. Each unit is built to specification and undergoes detailed fabrication, finishing, and quality-control procedures, which is why additional time is required. Once complete, these orders leave the Enigwatch U.S. facility under the same secure handling protocols.

All deliveries are subject to verification and may be divided into multiple secure parcels for maximum protection.

Ownership risk and title transfer to the client at the moment the collection is entrusted to the carrier, following global best practices for high-value assets.

Installation Scheduling Window

We offer add-on professional installation for your order, however, If installation is not confirmed or accepted within 7 days of the initial delivery attempt, customers may be responsible for additional service or rescheduling fees to arrange a new installation date.

Delivery Address Protocol

To ensure flawless service, the delivery address must be both complete and correct at the time of order. Returned shipments due to incomplete addresses will incur supplemental fees. A daytime contact number is required for personal delivery confirmation.

  • Custom safebox: Customized safebox models have a standard production lead time of 6–8 weeks before dispatch, as each unit is built to your specifications and undergoes detailed fabrication, finishing, and quality-control procedures. This extended timeframe will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Orders can be delayed due to verification, external conditions, or the time the order has been placed; remote destinations may require additional time. The logistics team communicates promptly should exceptional circumstances arise.

Lead Time Vault & Safebox

For the Vault Series and customized safebox configurations, the standard lead production time is 6–8 weeks. This timeframe encompasses the full production cycle and all required quality-control procedures, and may vary depending on the level of customization, selected finishes, and installation specifications. These steps are essential to ensure that each unit meets our performance standards and arrives in optimal condition.

Upon completion of your order, our Customer Support Team, in coordination with our Logistics Concierge, will provide an estimated delivery window. They will continue to monitor the order’s progress and will notify you promptly should any factors arise that may affect the scheduled delivery.

Receiving Your Delivery

Welcoming Enigwatch into the home is an occasion. Each delivery is prepared and overseen with precision. Upon arrival, inspection of the package in the presence of the carrier is recommended. If signs of tampering or significant damage are present, delivery may be refused, stating “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt. For minor issues, delivery should be accepted but all concerns documented.

If a defect or missing component is discovered after unboxing, contact must be made within 30 days to support@enigwatch.com with order details and supporting media. The rapid-response team at Enigwatch resolves claims discreetly and efficiently.

Resolution & Assurance

Should an item arrive defective, a replacement matching the original specification is dispatched at no cost. All claims are prioritized and handled with the discretion and urgency expected by serious collectors. Replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days of claim verification.

Please note: Replacements are provided only for identical models (color, style, and finish). Refunds or exchanges are not available for damaged items.
