Shipping Orders
Orders will ship within 1-2 days of processing payment unless noted at the time the order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Enigwatch® are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally, packages are returned to Enigwatch® as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Enigwatch®, please contact Enigwatch® to make arrangements for reshipment.
Delivery Times
When you place an order on the Enigwatch® website, you will receive a shipping info email from Enigwatch®. Please check your email address. In addition, you can also check the shipping info through Track Order.
Final delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. For rural or remote areas, delivery may require an additional 2-3 business days.
In certain situations, such as conflict zones, natural disasters, or political issues, delivery may take longer than expected. Rest assured, our team will proactively notify you of any additional delays and keep you informed about the specific circumstances affecting your delivery timeline.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with detailed shipping information, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Note: We consistently update shipping timelines on our website and the Track My Order page. However, unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays or extreme weather conditions, may affect these estimates.
Defective Products
At Enigwatch, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. If you notice any issues with your order, we are here to assist you.
When your delivery arrives, please inspect the items carefully. If the packaging appears damaged, you can refuse the delivery and mark the package as “damaged” on the carrier’s delivery receipt. For items with minor damage, you may accept the delivery but ensure the damage is noted in the carrier’s delivery documentation.
If you discover damages, defects, or missing parts after unpacking, contact us within 30 days of shipment. Reach us via email at support@enigwatch.com, providing your order number and photo or video evidence of the damage. This helps us quickly assess the situation and provide the best solution for you.
Resolution
Once we have reviewed your claim, Enigwatch will arrange for a replacement item or replacement parts at no additional cost to you. Replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the issue has been verified. We aim to resolve these issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Please note, damaged or defective items are only eligible for replacement of the same product, including the same color, style, and finish. Refunds or exchanges for a different product are not available for damaged items.
