Bought the 20-piece first. Told myself that was enough. Eight months later I'm looking at three watches sitting on my dresser with nowhere to go. Called Enigwatch back, didn't even look anywhere else. They remembered the original order. We just picked up where we left off.
The client was specific. No visible panel, no handle, nothing that read as a safe. It needed to live inside the wall and disappear when you closed it. Most suppliers would've pushed back or upsold something that almost worked. These guys just asked for the drawings and got on with it.
Seventy-five pieces. I knew what I wanted and I'd been burned before by people who said yes and then quietly compromised somewhere in the build. That didn't happen here. When it arrived it was exactly what we'd discussed. Down to the finish on the interior.

About the build
What is the lead time for a custom vault?
Six to eight weeks from approved commission. Architectural integrations may extend this; we will quote a calendar before any deposit.
Do you ship and install internationally?
Yes. Our master locksmith team installs in person across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and select Asian capitals.
Can the vault be retrofit into existing millwork?
In most cases. We require detailed drawings or an on-site survey before confirming. Our atelier will integrate with your architect or designer.
Commissioning & delivery
Is the configurator a final price?
No. The configurator captures intent. A formal quote follows after the atelier reviews materials, dimensions, and installation conditions.
What discretion do you offer?
Standard. All commissions are bound by NDA. No client photography is published without written permission.
