Lifetime Engine Warranty
Our watch winder motor is engineered for durability and long-lasting performance. We stand by the quality of our motor components and offer extended coverage to ensure continued functionality.
If the engine experiences unexpected performance issues under normal usage conditions, we are prepared to assist with possible solutions, which may include repairs, servicing, or replacements, depending on the situation.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect power adapters, or exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, etc.) is not covered.
- Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect motor performance is excluded.

1-Year Limited Warranty
In addition to our engine coverage, we provide a 1-year protection period for certain key components of our watch winders and safe boxes. This coverage applies to manufacturing inconsistencies that may impact the product’s usability.
For issues arising within this period, we will review each case individually and determine the most suitable course of action, which may include technical support, part replacements, or other resolutions at our discretion.
Exclusions:
- Damage due to mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Scratches, dents, or wear and tear from regular use.
- Battery-related issues (for battery-operated models).

Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. The warranty will be void if:
- The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage is caused by accidental drops, spills, fire, or natural disasters.
- The product was not used according to the instructions provided.
