Lifetime Engine Warranty
Our watch winder motor is engineered for durability and long-lasting performance. We stand by the quality of our motor components and offer extended coverage to ensure continued functionality.
If the engine experiences unexpected performance issues under normal usage conditions, we are prepared to assist with possible solutions, which may include repairs, servicing, or replacements, depending on the situation.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect power adapters, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect motor performance

10-Year Limited Warranty
Enigwatch safes and vaults are permanent installations. We back their structural integrity for 10 years from the date of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect affects the usability or structural performance of your safe or vault, we will repair or replace the affected components at our discretion.
Exclusions:
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear from regular use
- Damage from mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation
- Battery-related issues on battery-operated models
2-Year Component Warranty
All other components — hinges, locks, lighting, control panels, and electronics — are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Important Notes
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Warranty is void if the product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Custom and bespoke orders are covered under the same terms unless otherwise specified in writing at time of order
How to Claim Your Warranty
To submit a warranty claim after delivery, an unboxing video is required as part of the review process. Once you have that ready, follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Reach out to support@enigwatch.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Submit your unboxing video, along with any additional photos or footage clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Assessment & Approval: We will evaluate your request and provide further instructions.
- Repair or Replacement: If applicable, we will offer a solution that best fits the situation.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. The warranty will be void if:
- The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage is caused by accidental drops, spills, fire, or natural disasters.
- The product was not used according to the instructions provided.
