Excellent service I didn't know much about watch winders and so I asked their customer service to help me and they really were very helpful in explaining which one would suit my preference. I would highly recommend Enigwatch and am very pleased with it thank you.

Just received my new watch winder! This is a great size for a small collection of watches that I currently own. Great look overall, and a smooth exterior. The winder is whisper quiet i am so happy! I've had no complaints about the way the winder works at all, and you can't beat the customization for the winding settings. Happy customer!

Have owned A few other winders in the past but haven't been happy with their quality as of the noise and materials used. Have been very happy with this winder from Enigwatch and also their customer service works great. Very happy with the winder.

Fabulous communication and great company to deal with. The watch winder is exactly what it says it is. This is the second time purchasing from Enigwatch and will use it again for sure. The winder came in perfect condition. All packed very well and very safely! The winder is quiet and really pretty storage for my watches! The fingerprint lock system is wonderful as well.

Still amazed every day, that this winder is so quiet, and works perfectly. I thought I would try it, and if it lasts a few years, I would just buy another one. Coming up on 6 months of continuous service, ( Runs every day ). It's still quiet, when running, and is very reliable.

This was a gift for my husband, as soon as it came in we plugged it in to make sure it was in working conditions. Everything worked, and it's a beautiful box. He keeps it on his table in our room, and it's pretty quiet.
