For Alcantara® and leather areas, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. Glass surfaces can be cleaned using a mild, ammonia-free glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not sprayed directly. For best results, we recommend the Colourlock® Leather & Alcantara Care Kit.

Your Vault begins with a design consultation and architectural brief. Once approved, our craftsmen begin fabrication. Every unit is built-to-order, certified, and scheduled for white-glove installation. Completion typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, aligned to your personal schedule.
Vaults are never shipped, they are delivered. Crated in tamper-evident containers and transported discreetly, each Vault is installed on-site by certified Enigwatch technicians. We coordinate directly with your interior team to ensure architectural precision and seamless integration.
All Vaults are engineered with redundant access systems. In the rare event of biometric failure or lockout, our global response team is available 24/7. Manual overrides and onboard backup power ensure uninterrupted functionality. When required, we dispatch technicians on-site, anywhere in the world.
