I have owned automatic watches for several years and found that there is no standard winder setting for automatic watches. There are some great websites that help me find the correct settings for each of our automatic watches, and once I find the recommended settings, I make a note of them and set each winder separately. Each winder also has the ability to be turned off completely, so if you have a non-automatic watch, you can keep it in this box too. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. This safe arrived looking exactly as I expected it to look, showing the quality of the showroom! Followed the instructions, a very detailed manual included, using the factory code to open. Continued to follow the instructions (be careful when entering codes: to open, you end it with a pound sign, when you set a new code, you end it with an asterisk) to set my own codes, and everything went according to plan. Again, if the instructions are followed, everything should go smoothly. One thing I like is that you are not limited to a four digit code, you can set anything from 4-8 digits, I like that feature. I also like the adjustable shelf, if this shelf is fixed, I will have problems inserting my stuff. Does it meet my expectations, yes! Would I buy it again, yes!

I was thrilled to see my safe delivered in my garage when it arrived. The first thing I noticed was how hard it was going to be to move the safe where I wanted it to be placed; it needed two people and one of those fork lift things that the ups workers use (dont laugh, im not savvy.) After getting it to its destination I opened it up (upside down, but thats my fault) and the vault was already unlocked, but it a closed manner, and had all of the paperwork (lifetime warranty, readme, license, etc) in the box but outside of the safe. It also comes with two keys, the keys do not override the combination lock, only adds another layer of security (which I enjoy). Also, I would like to take some time to explain a CON that most people would complain about that I'd like to bring to justice a little bit. The hinge looks very solid and bolted together on both ends, it would take a mass amount of force to break the seal off of the hinges also. But lets say that an intruder DOES break the hinge off; the way the indentions inside of the safe are made, you will not be able to pull the lid off of the same without being able to close the metal bars of the door, which will not happen without the key or code (or both) if it is locked. Safe was also made possible to bolt into the floor and it comes with the bolts and nuts to do it, but I find it unnecessary.. it will be hard enough getting it out the door.. I suggest putting the safe under a desk, shelf, or under some items that can add to the complexion of removing your safe. (Adding 30 pounds of items into your safe will already change the weight to over 600 lbs) PROS: Heavy, very secure, change-able shelf racks, many security features, keyring hangers, waterproof, fireproof, worth the price, comes with one absorbent pouch which will last for a while. CONS: Cheap-looking inner shelf (Not for things over 15-20 pounds) **I also believe I have an uneven floor, but I've read another guy's review stating the same thing.. I just slipped the package of screws they gave me under the corner. Quiet and never had a problem with it or it's ability to keep each time piece properly wound and ready for use.

Its working fine. We dont hear it at night over our air purifiers, although it makes a bit of sound when rotating. Other than that, its easy to get the pillow in and out and to get the watch on and off the pillow.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality of this watch window was interms of fit and finish. The 12 pillows all were of the same size and a little small for my watch bands that fit my 2 wrist but i put a terry cloth wrist band over the pillow and my watches were nice and snug on the pillows.

With the other two I had purchased, I had to force the holder out and felt like I was tugging on my watch in the process. I've been using it for a few days and am quite pleased with it. Pros: The delivery included two high-quality watch cushions. The casing is really strong. I wrapped the watch bracelet around the cushions (with the bracelet buckles locked) and placed them in the box. The cushion securely retains the watch - it's snug when the buckles are tight but yet quite soft on the watch. I almost couldn't hear anything since the motor was so quiet. I believe the case's opening was quite intelligent Cons: I don't need the blue lighting for my rose gold timepieces. I suppose it will look good with black or silver hardware.

The four pillows all were of the same size and a little small for my watch bands that fit my 9” wrist but i put a terry cloth wrist band over the pillow and my watches were nice and snug on the pillows.

Delivery issue I purchased the watch in 8/2924. I was told I would get it in 4 weeks. The delivery method mentioned on was DHL air but came by on boat so took close to 3 months to get it. I was looking for a safe that wouldn't break the budget. This safe is the heaviest safe I could find in this price range. Once secured to the floor, I felt much more comfortable. This safe is already in the category of expensive high-security safes... I even keep valuables and a gun in it. I also kept my valuables in a fireproof box inside the safe to protect them better. The keypad is easy to use. I liked the storage and the size of the safe. The spare key doesn't seem to fit, but that could be user error. Would definitely recommend it if it was on sale.

I am updating my original review. When I first received the watch winder, the winding mechanism was broken. They asked me to fix it thinking it would be an easy fix. When we found out that it was not an easy fix and the whole thing had to be disassembled. They sent me a new watch winder. Everyone was very responsive and timely in replying to emails and phone calls. The new player came and I sent the old player back. The shipping cost was a little more than the $80 I took out of my pocket and within 7 business days they refunded the money to me. EASY, FAST AND FREE RETURN PROCESS!!! I am very happy with this winder and the customer service that comes with it. The carbon box looks very nice and the movement inside is very quiet. One thing I would probably change is the LED light inside the box. When lit it makes the watch look very attractive and eye-catching, however there is only one light at the top so the light doesn't filter through all the watches and gives the same lighting to the row of watches at the bottom. I think the upgrade should be some kind of lighting on the top and bottom, or even from the sides. Other than that, if I ever need another box. I would definitely buy from the company again. Five stars from me!

Unfortunately, it does not securely attach to the inside of the door, resulting in it falling out every time I open the safe. For a brand new product, this flaw is disheartening. Since plexi is used to make the glass, it is very hard to break. Even though the outside of each watch section is made of plastic, the inside is lined with felt to keep your buckle from getting scratched. Function: It works well and can wind watches of different weights without any problems. In each of the 12 sections, the winding is very quiet. When the winder door is open, you can hear the motor spinning at a very low volume, almost like a motor hum. This is standard for any winder, but when the door is closed, you can't hear the motor running, even if all 12 compartments are winding at the same time. The blue LED lights are a very nice touch, and the way the light bounces off the watches as they spin makes them look more expensive. Every night, I'll turn it on. It's easy to put the watch cushions in and take them out of each pocket. The digital panel is easy to use, and it shows whether a certain section is on or off. I like that there is a switch in the back that lets you choose whether you want the watches to stop turning when the door is open or to keep turning in either way. Overall, you probably can't find anything else on the market that gives you as much quality and usefulness for the price. The seller has great customer service, and I was able to talk to them about my winder in a helpful way.

This safe is the perfect size for hiding it in the house in unexpected places. One way of opening the safe is using the 2 different keys that fit in 2 different key holes. There is a passcode that can be used while using one of the keys. This safe is not very heavy so it can be moved easily. It also has a separate upper compartment inside to store smaller objects.
