Every Enigwatch vault is equipped with a dual locking system for maximum security and reliability:

• Automatic Lock (Securam® System) – This is a digital motorized lock powered by the vault’s internal control unit. It allows PIN-code access, auto-locking after closure, and failsafe battery backup for uninterrupted operation.
• Mechanical Lock (2 Manual Keys) – In addition to the digital system, every vault includes two precision-cut mechanical keys. These serve as a manual bacup.

Enigwatch uses two motor systems, each selected for its purpose and performance level:

• Watch Safes & Vault Systems: Swiss Maxon® motors.
• Watch Winder Series: Mabuchi® Motors including for the Yachtline, Virtuoso, Impresario, Centennial collections.

We ship only via DHL Express, FedEx, and certified white-glove partners. Packaging is reinforced with crate. All orders include insurance and real-time tracking.

We work with certified white-glove movers and installers worldwide. All deliveries include in-room placement, uncrating, and secure setup by trained safes transporatation technicians.

Each unit ships in a custom wood crate, lined with foam, plastic, and anti-shock bubble wrap for maximum protection.

The outer shell features a multi-layer armored composite for impact and heat resistance, finished with tempered laminated glass or Italian wood veneer by Alpi®. Custom finishes are available upon request.

All Enigwatch systems use a dual power system, direct AC power with an integrated battery that provides up to 6 months of standby operation in case of power outage. We recommend direct AC power for daily use.

Our premium vaults use a fire-resistant composite rated for 60 minutes at 1000°C.

Yes. All Enigwatch safes can be insured under your homeowners, valuables, or specialty collection policy. Because Enigwatch safes are UL-tested. most major insurers (including Chubb®, AXA®, and Lloyd’s) classify them as “approved storage units”. We can provide official valuation and certification documents upon purchase.

Each winder is virtually maintenance-free. We recommend dust-wiping the interior and exterior monthly and if you need service calibration, please contact our concierge here.

All Enigwatch winders and vaults include a Lifetime Motor Warranty, 10-Year Structural Warranty, and 60-Day Satisfaction Policy. If anything falls short, we make it right for life.
