We have full confidence in the quality of our products, which is why we offer this return window. We understand that selecting the perfect watch winder or safe box is a significant decision, and we want you to experience the product in your home before making a long-term commitment.
Each of our products is crafted with extensive research, utilizing specialized materials and layered quality control procedures, with a dedicated artisan assigned to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
The majority of our customers are thoroughly satisfied with their purchases, with only a small percentage initiating returns. However, we recognize the importance of flexibility, and we reserve the right to approve returns based on the condition of the item and its packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Items that are damaged, scratched, stained, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Only items in their original and undamaged packaging will be accepted for return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
Cancellations & Exclusions
Within 24 Hours of Order Placement
Orders canceled within 24 hours of order placement and prior to our processing the order will receive a refund of the order’s subtotal, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
After 24 Hours of Order Placement
Orders canceled after 24 hours of order placement and prior to our processing the order will receive a refund of the order’s subtotal, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products
At Enigwatch, all products, including watch winders and safe boxes, are made-to-order. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
These items are manufactured to customer specifications and are considered final sale once confirmed. Please ensure all product selections and order details are finalized before placing your order.
