Delivery & Timelines - What to Expect After Ordering
Every Enigwatch product is built to exacting specifications — which means delivery timelines vary based on what you've ordered. Here's what to expect so there are no surprises.
Watch Winders (Impresario, Virtuoso, Yachtline)
- In-stock models: Ships within 3-5 business days. Delivery within 7-14 business days via FedEx/UPS.
- Pre-order models: 4-8 weeks production time + 7-14 days shipping. You'll receive a production update email at the halfway point.
Watch Safes & Vaults (Centennial, Veron, Titan Sanctum)
- Standard configurations: 4-8 weeks production + 2-3 weeks freight shipping. Vaults ship via specialized freight carriers with liftgate delivery.
- Custom configurations: 8-16 weeks production depending on complexity. We send progress photos at each milestone.
- Professional installation: Scheduled separately after delivery. Typically within 1-2 weeks of delivery.
Custom & Bespoke Orders ($20,000+)
- Design phase: 2-4 weeks (3D renders, material selection, approval)
- Production: 12-20 weeks
- Delivery + installation: 2-4 weeks
- Total timeline: 4-7 months from order to installation

- Order confirmation: Immediately after purchase
- Production start notification: When your item enters production
- Shipping notification: With tracking number when it ships
- Delivery scheduling: For vault orders requiring installation
