Who Is Behind Enigwatch?
Enigwatch is operated by Time International LLC, headquartered at 3000 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, California 95054. The company was founded by Christopher Schmidt, an architect and engineer who designed the original Enigwatch product line. Our COO, Thomas, manages day-to-day operations and customer escalations.
Are the Products Real?
Yes. Every Enigwatch product uses:

- Italian Nappa leather by Gruppo Mastrotto — one of the world's leading leather manufacturers.
- Macassar Ebony veneer by Alpi (Italy) — FSC-certified (FSC-CO04666) sustainable wood sourcing.
