Clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, alcohol, and abrasives. Use a slightly damp cloth for Alcantara® and leather. Clean glass with a mild, ammonia-free cleaner. For best results, use the Colourlock® Leather & Alcantara Care Kit.

Warranty

Every Enigwatch product is backed by a lifetime warranty on the motor and 10-year structural coverage on safes and vaults. All other components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

If an issue arises, our support team will resolve it with care and transparency.

Each winder module can be configured with its own Turns Per Day (TPD) setting. Because automatic watch movements require different winding ranges, this allows each watch to receive the correct number of rotations without unnecessary movement.

You'll have a more precise winding cycle that helps maintain power reserve while reducing mechanical strain on the movement.

The ChronoSync™ Touch Panel provides direct control over TPD settings, rotation direction, and LED lighting from a single interface. Because automatic watch movements vary by caliber, these adjustments allow each watch to follow an appropriate winding cycle.

This controlled operation helps maintain the movement’s power reserve while avoiding unnecessary rotation.

What's the difference between a watch winder safe and a watch winder cabinet?

What's the difference between a mechanical lock and an automatic lock?

Mechanical locks use physical keys or combination dials requiring manual operation, while automatic locks feature the Securam® electronic systems like digital keypads or biometric scanners. 

Mechanical locks need no power and offer traditional security, but automatic locks provide faster access and advanced features like audit trails. Both effectively protect luxury watches when properly maintained.

What is the fire or ballistic rating?

Fire ratings indicate how long a safe withstands specific temperatures while keeping interior temperatures below damaging levels—typically 350°F for paper, lower for watches. Ballistic ratings measure penetration resistance against firearms.

Most watch safes prioritize security hardware over fire/ballistic certification due to size constraints, focusing instead on steel thickness, locking mechanisms, and mounting options for protecting high-value collections. Our safes are certified EN 15659 up to 30 minutes at 1544°F for fire resistant and GA 165-2016 Certified Ballistic Glass (Grade 3A).

Are my watches compatible with a watch winder safe?

What if my Enigwatch order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit?

Your order is fully protected from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your doorstep. For secure delivery, high-value orders will require a signature, with tracking provided from dispatch to arrival.

If your order arrives with visible damage or there’s an issue with delivery, contact us right away. After a quick verification (such as photos for damage and confirmation of delivery details with the carrier), we’ll work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate support.
