    Returns & Cancellations:
    Enigwatch offers a 60-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement may receive a full refund. As custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.

    What's the delivery time?

    All Enigwatch winders are in stock and ship from our U.S. warehouse within 5–7 business days worldwide. Custom safes and vaults are made to order, delivered in 5–7 weeks with full white-glove installation.

    What's the difference between mechanic lock and automatic lock?

    Every Enigwatch vault is equipped with a dual locking system for maximum security and reliability:

    • Automatic Lock (Securam® System) – This is a digital motorized lock powered by the vault’s internal control unit. It allows PIN-code access, auto-locking after closure, and failsafe battery backup for uninterrupted operation.
    • Mechanical Lock (2 Manual Keys) – In addition to the digital system, every vault includes two precision-cut mechanical keys. These serve as a manual backup.

    How are orders shipped?

    We ship only via DHL Express, FedEx, and certified white-glove partners. Packaging is reinforced with crate. All orders include insurance and real-time tracking.

    What is the fire or ballistic rating?

    Our premium vaults use a fire-resistant composite rated for 60 minutes at 1000°C.
    Ballistic options up to EN 1522 FB4 (9mm/.44 Mag) are available upon custom order.

    What if my vault locks, breaks, or I lose the key?

    Our 24-Hour Team will send a certified technician or arranging a secure replacement. Every unit is backed by a 10-Year Warranty and Lifetime Support.

    Are my watches compatible?

    Yes. All Enigwatch winders are compatible with all automatic mechanical watches, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Vacheron Constantin, and more. Each slot can be independently program to match factory winding specs. See recommended TPD Data.  

    What is your warranty?

    All Enigwatch winders and vaults include a Lifetime Motor Warranty, 10-Year Structural Warranty, and 60-Day Satisfaction Policy. If anything falls short, we make it right for life.
