Enigwatch offers a 60-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement may receive a full refund. As custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, changes, cancellations, or returns are not possible after the given window.
Warranty
Every Enigwatch product is backed by a lifetime warranty on the motor and 10-year structural coverage on safes and vaults. All other components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
If an issue arises, our support team will resolve it with care and transparency.

What is a watch winder safe and who is it for?
A watch winder safe is a secure storage solution combining locking mechanisms, interior protection, and organized compartments specifically designed for luxury timepieces. It's built for collectors who want both performance preservation and security in one piece — ensuring your automatic watches stay wound and your collection stays protected.
What's the difference between a watch winder safe and a watch winder cabinet?
A watch winder safe combines secure storage with active winding mechanisms — typically certified for fire and burglary resistance. A watch winder cabinet focuses on display and organization with winding capability, but doesn't include the same level of security certification.
What's the difference between a mechanical lock and an automatic lock?
Mechanical locks use a physical key or combination dial; automatic locks use biometric, electronic, or smart authentication. Our vault series offers German dual-authentication and SecuRam® ScanLogic biometric systems for the highest level of access control.
What is the fire or ballistic rating?
EN 15659 fire ratings on our vaults range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the model. Ballistic protection also varies by configuration: AR500 steel armor on most vaults, GA 165-2016 Grade 3A ballistic glass on the Centennial and Grand Meridian, and a Kevlar-reinforced shell on the Centennial Bulletproof. What if my vault locks, breaks, or I lose the key?
Every Enigwatch vault includes biometric or dual-authentication backup access. In the rare event of a lock issue, our on-site technician service can resolve it without compromising the integrity of your safe.
Are my watches compatible with a watch winder safe?
Yes — our winders support all major automatic movements with adjustable TPD (turns per day) and rotation direction (clockwise, counterclockwise, or alternating).
What should I look for when buying a watch winder safe?
