Is my watch compatible with this winder?
Yes — our winders support all major automatic movements. TPD (turns per day) and rotation direction (clockwise, counterclockwise, alternating) are individually adjustable per watch slot, so you can match each timepiece's specific requirements.
Why do I need a watch winder?
A watch winder keeps automatic timepieces wound when they're not on your wrist — preserving their movement, lubrication, and complications (date, moonphase, perpetual calendar) without resetting. For collectors with multiple watches in rotation, it's essential.
What is the fingerprint lock feature?
Our winders use a 10-profile biometric fingerprint system with single-touch unlock. PIN backup is available for shared household access. Authentication takes under a second per touch.
Can I make personalized customizations on the winder?
For most winders, customization is limited to TPD and rotation settings via the ChronoSync™ Touch Panel. For bespoke wood finishes or interior leather, please contact us directly to discuss commission options.
How do I maintain the watch winder?
Clean the exterior with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, alcohol, or abrasives on wood finishes. Use a slightly damp cloth for Alcantara® and leather interiors. The motor is sealed and requires no servicing.
How are orders shipped?
All orders ship free via insured premium courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS Premium) with full tracking and signature confirmation. In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days and deliver in 7–14.
What if my Enigwatch order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit?
Every shipment is covered by InsureShield™ Protected Delivery. If damage or loss occurs in transit, we replace at no cost — please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
