    Enigwatch offers a 60-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.     Yes, all Enigwatch winders are compatible with every automatic mechanical watch, including high-end brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Audemars Piguet, and more. Each slot can be independently programmed to match your watch’s factory Turns Per Day (TPD) requirements, ensuring it stays properly wound and ready to wear. See recommended TPD Data .

    Automatic watches rely on motion to stay accurate. Without movement, the lubricants inside the movement settle, causing the watch to stop. A watch winder keeps your watch gently moving when it’s not on your wrist, ensuring it remains accurate, ready to wear, and preserving its mechanical integrity over time.

    We ensure that every order is shipped securely and promptly using trusted carriers like DHL Express, FedEx, and our exclusive white-glove delivery partners. To guarantee the safety of your purchase, all shipments are carefully packed with reinforced crating and fully insured. 

    What if my Enigwatch order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit?

    Your order is fully protected from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your doorstep. For secure delivery, high-value orders will require a signature, with tracking provided from dispatch to arrival.

    If your order arrives with visible damage or there’s an issue with delivery, contact us right away. After a quick verification (such as photos for damage and confirmation of delivery details with the carrier), we’ll work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate support.
